A major cruise line wanted to talk to respondents about their international travel experiences to improve their marketing campaign for a new European sailing itinerary they want to roll out next year.

The Solution

Using Civicom Marketing Research Services’s CyberFacility solution, respondents participated in online webcam interview wherein they shared their computer screens as they talked through their online travel selection process. Civicom provided technology checks for each respondent to ensure a high quality experience, and provided assistance and recordings for each interview for further analysis and review.
