We set up the Civicom Chatterbox® online community platform/bulletin board for sixty workout program testers to create a daily video diary of their workout experiences. To further engage respondents, we set up gamification activities to energize the respondents to participate and even complete for results. Our clients logged on daily to view the video diaries, read comments, and send messages to interesting participants.
