QHow did a global travel agency partner with an Asian destination with pristine beaches and leisure resorts to get new ideas for producing a worldwide campaign to promote tourism in the local country?
AWe set up Civicom CyberFacility® for web-enabled focus groups with potential travelers, and then had the respondents participate in a Pinterest activity on dream travel, using our in-house Pinterest accounts. Respondents built online collages of their dream destinations. Our clients then did post-Pinterest analysis of respondent Pinterest boards via Civicom-facilitated web-enabled in-depth interviews (IDIs), viewing respondent collages via screen sharing.
