QHow did a U.S. researcher get insights for a client on whether pastry chefs located in Spain would risk using a new type of chocolate for making dipping sauce?

AThe solution was to coach the facility manager in Spain on how to use Civicom phone and web technology to record the interviews and then upload them to our TranscriptionWing™ for our translation and transcription into English. We also provided the researcher with word clouds drawn from keyword concepts.
