QHow was an international remittance money transfer company in a country where few people have credit cards but most everyone has mobile phones able to gather user feedback to decide how to improve the customer experience when expanding its services to include retailer transactions?

ARespondents received a cash deposit, and then transacted small purchases at retailers for five days. Following each transaction, the respondents immediately answered Civicom Mobile Survey questions on their transaction experience.
