Civicom Marketing Research Services has joined a panel of experts to discuss the GRIT Consumer Research Study at a webinar on December 5. The webinar entitled, Global Respondent Participation: The Real Story, is sponsored by GreenBook. This learning event is based on the recently released GreenBook study, GRIT Consumer Participation in Research (CPR) Report.
The GRIT Consumer Participation in Research Report was created in order to give researchers a better understanding of how everyday consumers from every country around the world feel about the experience of being surveyed. The study underscores the importance of having average consumers who are not panel members actively participate in market research studies. The study also underscores the improvement of recruitment through research participant screening. Some of the points that the report highlights include the rising trend of doing research through mobile platforms, deciding on incentives for study participants, and developing data sample quality.
Civicom will be represented by Rebecca West, Vice President and head of Civicom Marketing Research Services. Ms. West is also Vice President of the Mobile Marketing Research Association (MMRA) Board of Directors.
