How was our client going to help a global pharmaceutical company know the touch-points with local physicians in order to expand into Hungary and Romania?
The interviews were held using telephone IDIs and a web room. A moderator facilitated the discussion to ensure that everything would go smoothly. Through Civicom CyberFacility®, we were able to help the client gain insights from local physicians even when they communicated using their local language. We also utilized its two-channel audio to simultaneously translate the respondents' words from their local language to English.
The clients were able to listen to the English translation through their audio lines as well as type in questions for the moderator to ask in real time. As a result, they were able to determine the touch-points with local physicians and helped the global pharmaceutical company branch out into more countries.
