The equipment was sent timely and the process to set up with our facility was seamless. The day of the focus groups, the streaming video was great! My client commented on really liking the Owl camera which shows different portions of the group. So all in all, a very positive experience and I will be back!

This project dragged on for a while due to challenges with recruitment - Civicom team did a great job being patient and occasionally checking in on project status, which was very much appreciated. This project also had a 'special request' where the Civicom support would call the respondent right before the interview started (rather than prepping the respondent to join 15mins beforehand). This accommodation was much appreciated. We only conducted 4 interviews, but everything went very smoothly!
