The Challenge

How did a marketing consulting team build their product advertising message for a new workout program from insights gathered from real-life user experience?

The Solution

We set up the Civicom Chatterbox® online community platform/bulletin board for sixty workout program testers to create a daily video diary of their workout experiences. To further engage respondents, we set up gamification activities to energize the respondents to participate and even complete for results. Our clients logged on daily to view the video diaries, read comments, and send messages to interesting participants. They began to build their product advertising message through insights gathered from the participant experiences.
